Getting started with Suawave is simple – just upload photos of your clothing products. You can take them with your smartphone, get them from suppliers, or even use customer photos. No need for professional photography. Start with a free trial today.

Generating photos requires credits, with each photo costing 1 credit. To estimate how many credits you'll need, multiply the number of products or SKUs by the average number of photos per SKU on your website.

It takes about 15 minutes for our AI to process your photos. We take extra time to ensure your images look like they were shot in a studio. If there's an issue, we’ll fix it for free.

You can upload photos in PNG, JPG, and WEBP formats, with up to 4K resolution depending on your plan. Results are available in JPG and PNG files, sized perfectly for social media.

Definitely. Upload your cropped photo, and Suawave will perfectly blend the Suawave into it, keeping things natural and realistic.

We currently offer on-model photos and flat lays. On-model photos require someone wearing the clothes, while flat lays support tops like T-shirts and sweatshirts and allow model/pose/background selection.

Our AI will try to keep accessories close to the original, but they might be removed or altered. For best results, use accessory-free photos.

Currently, we only support clothing. We may add more categories in the future.

You can upload up to 100 photos daily. Extras will be processed the next day.

It means our AI couldn’t render your photo. We support on-model photos and have a beta for flat-lays. Unsupported photos won’t use credits and can be reused within the same billing cycle.

You can request a revision by clicking 'Photo Issue'. Revisions are free and take 1–5 days based on your plan.

We don’t support text-to-image or prompt customization. Just upload a clothing photo, pick a model, pose, and background.

Yes. You can start a free trial anytime without a credit card and get 8 free credits.

Credits let you submit photos for editing. One credit = one photo. Your monthly credits reset each month.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

Yes. Go to 'Billing' → 'Change plan' or 'Cancel Subscription'. No refunds, but access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

Unused credits roll over to the next month. If you cancel, remaining credits are lost.

Monthly credits expire after one month. Check your renewal date on the billing page.

No. Generated photos are free to use commercially. Reselling or misrepresenting Suawaves is prohibited. See terms of service.
